Who we are

Alrasly Consultancy ("we", "us") is a marketing agency registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Shop 25, Building 1913, Road 2124, Al Qudaybiyah, Manama. You can reach us at info@alraslyconsultancy.com or +973 36903096.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. When you submit our audit form or contact us, we collect: your name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, how long your business has been running, your monthly marketing budget range, the service you're interested in, your message, and which page you submitted from.

If you accept analytics or marketing measurement, we also attach attribution information to your enquiry: the landing and referring pages, campaign tags, and — with marketing consent — advertising-platform click identifiers. Saved page URLs exclude query strings. This lets us understand which campaigns generated an enquiry without changing the information you enter in the form.

We manage our analytics and advertising tags through Google Tag Manager. Only if you accept them in our cookie banner does it load Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics) and the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). Where you have accepted marketing cookies, we also send Meta a limited set of your submitted details — such as your email address and phone number, hashed so they cannot be read — through its Conversions API, so that conversions from your enquiry are measured accurately. None of this runs without your consent.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your free audit, and — if you become a client — to deliver the services you've asked for. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and where relevant to perform a contract with you.

Where your data is stored

Our website and its form submissions are hosted with our hosting provider, whose servers may be located outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. By submitting a form, you consent to your data being transferred and stored outside Bahrain. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to the standard required by Bahraini law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it, unless we have a legal reason to keep it longer or you have become a client and we need it for our records.

Your rights

Under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to: know whether we hold data about you and access it; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted; object to how it's processed; receive your data in a portable form; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@alraslyconsultancy.com. We'll respond within the period required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work. With your consent, we load optional analytics and advertising tags through Google Tag Manager — Google Analytics 4 (usage statistics) and the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement) — which set their own cookies. These are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the same banner.

After you consent, we keep a first-party attribution record in your browser for the current session so campaign details can follow your journey to the enquiry form. Platform click identifiers are stored only when marketing measurement is allowed. The record is removed when the browser session ends or you withdraw the relevant consent.

One of the essential cookies simply records your cookie choice itself, so we can remember it and honour it on later visits and on our servers. It is a strictly necessary, functional cookie — it stores a decision, it does not track you.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your data, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority.
